I’m a writer, editor, and senior public relations advisor with nearly 30+ years in Maine’s business landscape. My strength is in getting to understand each client’s raison d’etre and developing a wide array of techniques for broadcasting their messages so they can be heard – whether through influencer cultivation, thought leadership development, public relations, content development, or high-impact events.

I started my career as a journalist at Maine Times and was director of marketing for two highly successful Maine natural food startups before moving into the nonprofit sector, where I was director of communications for the Chewonki Foundation. In 2010, I was recognized by the Maine Public Relations Counsel with a Golden Arrow Award.

I enjoy working with small businesses, startups, and nonprofits, particularly in the fields of conservation, sustainability, and health.
