About

I’m a writer, editor, and senior public relations consultant with over 30 years of experience in Maine’s dynamic business landscape. My strength lies in understanding each client’s unique purpose—and crafting strategic, creative ways to amplify their message. Whether through thought leadership, PR campaigns, content development, or standout events, I help mission-driven organizations make themselves heard.

My career began in journalism at Maine Times, followed by roles as director of marketing for two successful Maine-based natural food startups. I later transitioned to the nonprofit sector as director of communications for the Chewonki Foundation. In 2010, I was honored with a Golden Arrow Award by the Maine Public Relations Council.

I love working with small businesses, startups, and nonprofits—especially those focused on conservation, sustainability, and health.
